Synopsis:

        Imagine that Winnipeg, near the geographical center of North America, is invaded by Nazi soldiers, and that the city and its surrounding municipalities are conquered in the name of the Führer. It happened in February of 1942 on 'If Day', an event that was as bizarre as it was financially successful for the Canadian government.

Watch newsreel footage captured by a Hollywood camera crew on If Day as citizens of Winnipeg are terrorized by "German soldiers". See the premier and mayor interned at Lower Fort Garry.
